Videos are not playing

If you see that the videos are not playing on your current device then please ensure that your operating system and browsers are ALL up to date! Also please make sure you have a robust and consistent internet / wifi connection.

The course videos are hosted on Vimeo, a very robust video hosting platform.
By default, the videos are playing in HD.  If you are on a computer you can click on the HD blue icon in the video’s bottom right corner and switch the HD off. This will reduce the bandwidth usage.

As an alternative, you can also try playing the videos using a different browser, as there may be a conflict with you current browser.  If you need to use a different browser, please remember to first log out of your current session.  We recommend using Google Chrome when taking the course.
